I just downloaded the movie and watched it. The movie is 4 GB, I will save you time.

The movie is really bad. All the sex scenes from the first movie are absent from this one.
Ophélie Bau has been replaced by Jodi Taylor as main role, a porn actress, so there is no point in seeing her naked in this movie.
There is only one sex scene, but it is poorly filmed (too much zoom).

• The Crush: The protagonist, Matthew (Jonathan Tucker), has a brief, life-changing encounter with a girl in an elevator during a blackout at a girl's dorm. He doesn't know her name or see her face clearly, so he spends the movie trying to find her among 100 girls in the dorm.
