Cheating Scenes in Husbands and Lovers (1991)
While traveling on the road, Stefan fucks a motorcycle-riding chick inside a restaurant’s bathroom while Alina (Joanna Pacula), his wife, cluelessly waits for him at their table. When the chick asks him why he is cheating on her, he tells him that it’s because she’s cheating on him, too.
Alina tells Stefan that she will start spending the weekends with Paolo, her lover. Stefan shows that he’s cool with it, but this will affect him throughout the movie.
On the first time that Alina goes to her lover’s home, we don’t see them make love. He hosts a party and introduces her to everybody as his wife. Meanwhile, Stefan spends the weekend alone and does not even have the interest to meet Louisa, his own lover, or any other chick because he is thinking of his wife too much. He watches their wedding day on tape.
On the second weekend, Stefan calls Alina at her lover’s home and it’s the lover who answers it. He tells her to meet him at a nearby bar.
When she arrives at the bar, he tells her that he’s not happy anymore with the setup, but that she can continue meeting her lover if she wishes. He is trying to use reverse psychology on her, but it backfires, since she has no plans of stopping at this point, so he ends up calling her a whore. She tries to pacify him by telling him that she stays with him for five days in a week, so that means that she still loves him. But, and this is my input, not hers, she needs those two days at the end of a week to feel like a slut and be properly fucked by a real brute, I guess.
Alina leaves her husband at the bar and goes back to her lover’s home. Upon arriving at Paolo’s home, he attacks her and has rough sex with her.
When Alina comes home, she tells Stefan about the sadomasochistic sex that they have done, and that she hates it but at the same time likes it too. We see flashbacks of her sadomasochistic sex scenes with Paolo. He spanks her on the butt while she’s lying on the floor and with her wedding ring on her finger.
Alina tells Stefano that she is disappointed at him when she didn’t find him home upon returning (yes, she tells him that after coming home from fucking another guy). Because of that, she tells him that she’s going to come back to Paolo’s home. He tries to stop her but he fails.
Alina arrives at Paolo’s home. He meets her at his garage and fucks her on the hood of his car. Later, she secretly calls Stefan while Paolo is in the bathroom and tells him that she loves him.
Later that day, Alina and Paolo eat at the nearby bar. Paolo comes and secretly motions for Alina to meet her outside. They talk, then he starts kissing her with the intention of fucking her. She resists. He asks her, “Didn’t you say you thought of him as your husband and me as your lover?” Alina is about to give in but Paolo calls from the bar, so they get interrupted and she leaves her husband to go to Paolo.
When Alina comes home, she and Stefan talk. He tells her that he planned on doing something during that weekend and tell her about it. But, like a good cuck, he just ended up waiting for her again while she fucked her lover.
One night, Alina and Stefan have sex. Alina doesn’t enjoy it. She peaks at the window and sees Paolo snooping around in their garden. She comes out and they have another sadomasochistic session involving a whip.
In the morning, Stefan notices Alina’s bruises. She confesses to him. She tells him that after they made love (which she didn’t enjoy), she and Paolo made love in the garden, which she enjoyed. She proceeds to tell more, but Stefan runs out and tells her that he can’t take it anymore. Alina comes out of the room later and says bye to him downstairs because it’s the weekend again.
Stefan goes to Paolo’s house and witnesses her wife being rough handled by Paolo from outside the window. Alina cries and comes out of the house. Stefan points the gun at her, but his cuckold nature takes over so he wasn’t able to pull the trigger.
In the morning, Alina and Stefan talk on the beach. She says that she wants to end his hurtful relationship with Paolo and that she doesn’t want to hurt Stefan anymore. They hug and kiss. It looks like a good ending for Stefan, but how long till Alina finds another alpha male and starts cuckolding him again?
