Quirino grew up in the neighborhood next to his friend Seu Chapa. Seu Chapa soon became involved with the drug world and Quirino became a police officer. Seu Chapa gets involved and marries Penha. While Seu Chapa grew up in the criminal organization - Quirino started to protect his friend, arresting and eliminating rivals.
Until the day that Quirino decides to own everything: Business and Wife's friend.
10 years have passed and the now Captain Quirino controls the neighborhood. A "peaceful" neighborhood, without crimes, protected by him. Behind this lurks a mobster corruption scheme, where Quirino extorts monthly payments for services rendered from the population while "controlling" the region's drug trafficking.
Dissatisfied, Emerson, Penha's son, films Quirino and his partner, Maciel, on a patrol and unleashes a series of consequences throughout the "whole day".

Captain Quirino and Maciel drive and pass in front of Penha's house. They are concerned about Emerson's mother. Captain Quirino says he will look after her. The day dawns and Emerson doesn't come home. Penha is desperate. Captain Quirino comes home and his wife Bruna is in the kitchen heating the milk for your daughter. Bruna asks him to change his daughter's diaper. Captain Quirino will speak to his son Beto in the bedroom. Beto missed the hour, the alarm did not go off.

Penha arrives armed to take revenge on Captain Quirino. Now it remains for Captain Quirino to get rid of everything.
