Sylvia Stickles runs a convenience store with her husband and mother-in-law. One day, Sylvia is hit on the head and transforms from an uptight prude to a sex-crazed lunatic. As she goes on a rampage through town, Sylvia attracts the attention of Ray Ray, a sexual healer and tow truck driver in search of the world's greatest orgasm. Their sexual revolution, however, causes a class war in their tiny Baltimore community.

Plot

When uptight Sylvia Stickles hits her head in a trivial accident, the transformation is radical. To the dismay of those around her, she transforms into a lustful creature. Responsible for this sudden change is Ray Ray, a sex guru determined to unleash the most unspeakable urges among the residents of Baltimore.

A Dirty Shame concerns Sylvia Stickles, a sexually repressed and frigid woman who is outraged by the amount of flagrant sexual debauchery exhibited by most of her neighbours. That’s until she sustains a concussion during an accident and becomes horny beyond all expectations. She then learns that she is part of a community which is led by Ray Ray who brings together concussion victims who find that they have become sex addicts because of it. There then ensues a battle between the neuters (sexually conservative bores) and the permanently horny.

Unfortunately, The actress who portrays Sylvia is unattractive, but her neighbor is a real MILF. In addition to being a swinger, she spends her time flirting with Sylvia's husband, but nothing will happen between them.
