I understand your frustration as I can relate to that feeling when I can't find movies I desperately want. However, you are not entitled to demand movies especially in your such 'angry tone'. Remember, this is a community of sharing the knowledge, not a sharing movie site. A lot of users here voluntarily do the work and share but don't take that as your right for entitlement.
Now for your movie, I simply searched and found a website called 'Cinema of the World' that deals with rare movies, but you will have to buy a subscription web account like Mega. I am not trying to advertise it here, but I am just saying if you want that movie so much, maybe you can buy it. I've never used it, so I am in no way guaranteeing the website will work. Or, just relax and be nice and hope someone will find it for you.
