Dude, you are talking about selling a movie, it is illegal, but if they have permission from that movie company to sell that movie, then it can be legal. Movies can be published on some sites and there may be download links, but movies cannot be sold. Permission must be obtained for this. Can you send me the link of the page you mentioned?
