You must have seen a scene in which his mom moves with a rich man in the car....later the son gets her phone number...and he calls ...a k..d picks up ...& he says can I speak to your mom (just to check his mom's status in the house)? K..d (a girl) replies just a moment.

Hence it's implied she married that man ...and kept his son in the dark...later she keeps on whoring....moreover cheating is very broad term not limited to husbands or relations  one may cheat with norms & rules of the society.

I mean she is also not following the rules of an ideal mom or wife, hence she is cheating with the new man in her life (which I guess she did to grab his money) plus with her son...that is what is expected of a whore/slut.

A whore is very advance & broad term....a woman who can sell her body...can go to any extreme for money (cheat with anyone in her relation...she may hide it from....her father , mother, son.....norms of the society...rules of the country ...where prostitution may be illegal ....blah blah).

@stealthwifelover, I see your point about the part where the son called her mom and the rich guy's daughter answered the phone. Yes, the daughter not objecting to the mommy word could mean that she became her stepmother, or it is possible that no marriage happened, maybe she just became a live-in girlfriend/kept woman and the rich guy just told her daughter to treat her as her mom. So that would make her either a cheating wife or a cheating gf later when she's still accepting clients. However, that part is not clear-cut too. Maybe something happened to her relationship with the rich dude already, especially if she's just a live-in gf. Maybe they already separated. And the wake at the end, I'm not sure if the rich dude is there and he's the one who facilitated and spent for that wake because it looks expensive, but the shot is an overhead shot and only the k..d can be positively identified because he fainted and we can see his face from the overhead shot. If we did confirm that he's the one who spent for it, then maybe she did become his wife.

All in all, I'd put this movie in the gray area and will put it in the thread I just created:
