Incest ( mother sex with son ) + cheating 

Scene at about 1:38 min 

It is shown through the Son's POV ( as the son ' now grownup ' is narrating the incident to other person ) 

Mother is riding him naked ...while father opens the house front door...

Panicked the mother starts getting dressed while she tells the son to hide in the closet.
