Happy young married couple Paige and Leo are, well, happy. Then a car accident puts Paige into a life-threatening coma. Upon awakening she has lost the previous five years of memories, including those of her beloved Leo, her wedding, a confusing relationship with her parents, or the ending of her relationship with her ex-fiance. Despite these complications, Leo endeavors to win her heart again and rebuild their marriage.

It's sorta cheating sorta not. The wife forgets who she is, the husband is trying to make her remember but to no luck. She still thinks she is dating her ex boyfriend from childhood. The ex boyfriend tries to date her again while the husband is trying to get her back. But nothing happens. I personaly don't view amnesia as cheating. If they don't know their married then it's not really cheating from what i see. 

Yes i agree with all said. i like the movie thats why i posted i do think its on topic but only just. I loved the quote on IMBD "when he was nude and suprised her in the bathroom he had fitted a huge prosthetic penis as a joke thats why she had such a shocked look" . however it worked so well they left it in the movie.
