After suffering a devastating nervous breakdown, Katherine, a wealthy young heiress, retreats to her estate to heal under the close care of a perceptive private nurse named Luisa (Marisol Padilla Sánchez). Isolated from the outside world, the two women find themselves forming an intense emotional and physical bond.
