The best vpn program for italy server is free adguard vpn. this program didn't even open that site :/
then i used urban vpn, surfak vpn, express vpn and cyberghost vpn, they didn't open.
As I mentioned in my other article, the owner of that serial site uses a very strong network shield, so vpns cannot open the site.
then you must be doing something wrong. I'm not even in europe but with surfshark I'm able to watch the things on raiplay. I just had to signed up and loging in on raiplay, then connected the vpn to italy and it works.
as a proof I downloaded episode one, will try to download the rest on coming days when I have free time..Vite In Fuga episode 1

yes , even choosing the location Italy in vpn didn't work , In summary, even if you choose Italy in VPN, it doesn't work. it means that the owner of the serial site uses protected driver passwords.
you can watch if you use a good vpn. I just tried watching with surfshark and its work.
and it should also works with express and nord vpn.
