Since everyone seems to be asking about hard to find films, aside from Zasto (2021), I have been unable to find two that may be of some interest for the last several years.

Rented Zastoj and watched a bit of the movie. It doesn't contain any cheating nor the movie has any scenes. It's kind of very emotional film.
I've uploaded the movie on mega though and dm'ed you the link.Edit- Actually there's a short scene where the husband tries to get other guy's son's heart ( he's in coma ) by bribing him with money and then later tries to give him his wife, Wife appears and moves his hand over her bra and kisses him a bit.

Interesting information, If the scenes were in trailer and no versions of the film has the scene then it's post-production cut and only director has the extended version.
Can you tell me which scenes were removed from 'De Namaste' and 'Casa de Areia' like you did with Zastoj?
I've watched Casa de Areia before because the director of the film was husband of Fernanda Torres ( Lead actress of the movie ) and i have a list of such directors who cast their wives and make them feature in hot scenes. This couple is quite mainstream and big in Brazil and i doubt messaging them would do anything.
We can try messaging Vinko Moderndorfer though to ask for any director's cut version of the film.
This reminds me of another movie 'Midnight Hair' released in China back in 2014 when i was a teenager. There was a nude scene of Chinese busty actress Daniella Wang in the trailer at around 0:10 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5jHPmRlnv0 which wasn't there in the full movie (China is most strict with these stuff). I remember searching whole internet for a week only to get disappointed 😀
I know for sure that "Inferno" (2014) has that sex scene in the trailer, so I would ask about that with Vinko Moderndorfer. During a scene in the film where Medea Novak is about to have sex with her husband on the floor and they get interrupted by their daughter, you can see there was a cut where she is barefoot and bottomless. That makes me think that scene was originally longer, too. Also, the character of the blond nurse played by Jana Zupancic begins to sleep with the married character played by Marko Mandic, but they seem to have no sex scenes at all, making me think she too may have sex scenes in the extended version.
The others I dont know specifics, but I know that De Namaste had sex scenes cut, and while the original running length was 106 minutes, the film was cut down to 98 minutes in Norwegian DVD.
Casa de Areia had a much longer sex scene in the version shown in cinemas, according to the director.
Has anyone had luck with this one? Les ravissements (2012) I have had no luck. There are 2 sources available based on the online search but nowhere close to me.

I had a conversation with the director of the movie. Guy was super hellbent wondering why i want to watch the movie. He kept asking me why you want to watch this movie and not his recent works lmao . Like bro , ofc we want to watch his older movie for the sex .

Vinko Moderndorfer's "Zastoj" is a possibliy, I know his 2014 film "Inferno" had some horny sex and nudity, although the trailer shows a sex scene where Medea Novak shows breasts and full frontal nudity, but that scene is not in the available versions of the film.

I checked the video informations of these movies,
1. Venus Talking -
Imdb runtime - 1 hr 35 minutes ( We can assume the standard 24 fps)
720P HDTV version i uploaded - 1 hour 29 minutes 29 seconds ( the fps of the video file is 25 , attaching screenshot , in case you want to see the details ).
Now, lets do some quick maths,1 hour 35 minutes = 95 minutes
Applying 24 to 25 fps conversion formula- 95 minutes x (24/25) = 91.2 minutes
91.2 minutes equals exactly 1 hour 31 minutes and 12 seconds,Now i doubt there would be any cuts in this 1 minute 43 seconds ( There might be i am not sure ) , But i heavily doubt it, And as its a HDTV rip , It's possible that extra logos/credits were cut.
2. Rörelser -
Imdb runtime - 1 hour 48 minutes ( 24 fps standard )
Online versions - 1 hour 44 minutes 3 seconds ( 25 fps )
Quick maths - 1 hour 48 minutes = 108 minutes , 108 x ( 24/25) = 103.68 minutes = 1 hour 43 minutes 41 seconds . Again slight discrepancy but don't think any scenes were cut.Now coming to you see some varities of streaming services offering this movie -
Ruutu.fi has this streaming and shows 1 hour 44 minutes runtime ( We can guess the fps would be 25)
Apple tv always lists run time to what imdb shows or approx to that i.e 1 hour 47 minutes for this movie ( We can now guess , movies on apple tv always will have original fps of the movie and not boosted 25 fps )
Primevideo shows 1 hour 44 minutes
cineasterna.com shows 1 hour 48 minutesNow if this movie were to be censored, either it would be censored from all the streaming services ( regional cut ) or from neither of these as distributor is one for a particular country. This just proves my point again.
Interesting. The reviews for Rörelser mention very graphic sex scenes, one even said "pornographic-like", including cheating. However, the 1 hrs 44 min one only had a few seconds of a doggystyle sex scene fully clothed. That is why I wonder about the version that is a few minutes more.
I think that one is available already. Unfortunately only the 106 minute version has extra sex. I appreciate you looking, though.
Another example of that is Rörelser (2025). The only versions I have found so far are edited without the sex scenes and nudity. Unedited, there such be intense sex scenes, including cheating scenes.
It is 1 hrs 48 min, but what I see so far is 1 hrs 44 min.

In the 2015 Norwegian drama De nærmeste, there are a ton of sex scenes with a man cheating on his wife with his step sister. However, the runtime of the film is said to be 106 min which is longer than the versions I have seen. I have read that that version has more sex. Any chance of finding it? The AppleTV version says 106 minutes, but is not available in the U.S.
