Even if I am not an expert in the field I would recomend you Format Factory https://formatfactory.en.uptodown.com/windows.

It's a good tool to convert and recover diferent formats of video and audio files. Maybe it helps to solve the problem.

I used formatfactory to convert the ts file to mp4, it worked but the quality of mp4 converted video is low.

Do you have english subtitles for Alibi tv series? If so, could you provide at your list?
