I miss the days when people just shared movies because they are part of the community, and people appreciated it. Now you have to go through hoops to watch because some will only share if they could make money out of it.

It's up to the one who posts the movies to prove that it is indeed cheating, not the other way around.  It's a not a trial and error thing where if someone posts, members will then have to watch it to figure out that the initial post was bs.  If you are not sure that the film has cheating on it, then don't post it. Pretty simple.
