This one is more like Scorned (1994) with a bit of sadistic arousal. The female protagonist (hot one) already has a violent relationship with her boyfriend. Then, due to a doctor's personal problems, the bf dies in the operation room. The hot protagonist vows revenge on the doctor by kidnapping him and playing sexual games with him. But then she looks back on her harmful relationship with her bf and decides to let the doctor go, who by that time is already obsessed with the woman. He comes back and fucks her just before she tries to commit suicide naked.

Depends what you are looking for.

There is no full on sex and very little nudity.

The series is very good and is based around the wife cheating and the cuckold husband.

A comment on IMDB says it is very slow and it is. Not for everyone
