Summary: (Be warned the one i watched had no subtitles, had to rely on reading their faces and body.)
Husband gets into an accident while skydiving. Which brings down the mood of the marriage to his wife.
They both go and visit who i assume is the wifes mother or it could be the husband mother. They go there to rest up and recover also to reconnect with one another. There is a gardener who the wife is attractive too but does nothing yet. The wife's friend shows up to visit. To help the wife deal with her husband depression. His depression also stems from not being able to get an erection when his wife tries to get him horny. This leads her to be sexually frustrated.
This act cause the husband to be angry and slaps her. Out of rage, the wife goes to her friends room cause the friend was sleeping over. They hug for a bit then look at each other and proceed to have hot lesbian sex. The friend leaves the next day, i'm assuming the friend asked her to come with her but the wife said no. It's also after the wife starts flirting with the gardener where they soon in the movie also have sex.
While i'm not a 100%, but i think the husband finds out about her cheating under his house. So he makes her leave same with the gardener. Forgot to mention the husband although in a wheelchair. Manages to have sex with his helper, she is really hot.

Now about the people who keep asking for links to movies and tv shows that don't have cheating because either they don't know or don't care.
I'll share my tips for the lazy ones that don't wanna go and find the movie themselves and see if there is actually cheating in it or not.
1. Sex scenes! if you find a movie or series that you THINK has cheating but either can't find the movie or too lazy. Go and look up the sex scenes of that movie/tv show. Most cheating wife movies will have a sex scene. In those sex scenes you can pretty much tell if she's cheating or not if you have a good eye for detail. (If anyone needs links to these sex scenes sites let me know...there is tons of them)
2. Do some research! Reviews are underatted, some of them will mention the cheating. Forums of any kind that involves movie talk etc are useful.
3. Also to help people out with finding links. Here are some key word to find most movies that you find hard to look for or too lazy to actually look.

These key sites you will find practically most movies out there. Sure some might russian dub, but it's still watchable until someone provides an english one.
