Rented Zastoj and watched a bit of the movie. It doesn't contain any cheating nor the movie has any scenes. It's kind of very emotional film.

Edit- Actually there's a short scene where the husband tries to get other guy's son's heart ( he's in coma ) by bribing him with money and then later tries to give him his wife, Wife appears and moves his hand over her bra and kisses him a bit.

@rathi I think it's just more than a decade of being online on internet which helps.
I never rip videos from ok.ru /vk.com or other sites which host free videos due to quality issues unless that title isnt available anywhere.
Mainstream titles are almost always available on good torrent trackers ( I am part of few of them, Though there are some more private trackers which i want to join in future) .
For titles which i cant find on trackers i usually search in a few usenet indexers . If both methods fail i am also part of few p2p networks which helps a little.
If i can't find titles after the above steps, I usually lookout for any mention of the title on any older forum or website.
If still 0 results, I check for local streaming service where that movie was released and just rent it out if i like the movie and personally rip it. If its not streaming anywhere too then i send an email to production/director.
