Plot

Guido Tersilli is a young general practitioner, devoid of patients but eager to make a career. After working in a hospital, he becomes aware of the fierce competition that agitates the medical community. He becomes astute and decides to seduce the wife of a doctor from the "Lottery", about to give up the ghost and who has at least 2000 patients in his wallet...

Guido goes to Marianna’s to consult her husband in their bedroom. He cannot help but contemplate her cleavage throughout the consultation.
After the consultation, he will let her know that her husband is pretending to be sick. Marianna tries to charm him by showing off her chest, telling him that she would like him to consult with her as well. However, the doctor refuses and asks her to come to his office instead. it won't happen unfortunately.
