Spicy Chile (Spanish:Chile picante) is a 1983 Mexican comedy film.
The film is also known in Mexico as Sexo a la mexicana. The film consists of two segments: "La infidelidad" (Infidelity) and "Los compadres".
Cheating Notes:
A man makes every excuse not to make love to his beautiful wife, preferring to go out at night with his coworkers and sleep with prostitutes.
He believes his wife is waiting patiently for him all night while he's away.
What he doesn't know is that his wife is no saint.
That she, too, is a prostitute and that she receives men on nights when he's not there, particularly one of her husband's colleagues.
(It's unclear whether she knows he's his colleague.)
One day, the husband and the colleague who is sleeping with his wife run into each other in the elevator and explain to him how difficult it is to financially support another man's family (he's talking about him). I don't think the two of them realize they're sleeping with the same woman.
"It's an expense, man. You haven't even tried this, Compadre. No, but it's harder to support someone else's family. What other family? Well, I have obligations. You see what the eye doctors charge these days. With the kids not seeing anything. Yes, mine too. Yes. And then there are the shoes. I have to buy them for school and for everyday wear. And clothes. Since fashion changes so much, some things go out and other things come in. No, and food. And eggs. No, and rent and electricity.
No, there's not enough for anything anymore. That's what happens to you for not being married, buddy. On the other hand, my wife has enough with the money we're getting from her father's pension. You don't know what it's like to have a beautiful, lovely, saintly, honest, and faithful wife. Get married. No, not me."
As they get out of the elevator, the colleague tells him that he has to leave today because he has to visit the woman, without realizing that he is talking about his wife.
"Well, buddy, will you excuse me if I leave? I have to do a favor for a friend. Okay. See you later.
You need a good wife and a good friend."
