The day before Do-kyeong’s wedding, his ex-girlfriend, Ga-in, visits him. They enter a motel owned by Byeong-soo and obsession leads two to a disaster followed by a death parade.

49:18 - The motel owner reveals to Ga-in, the main female character, that his wife was murdered in the very room they are currently standing in.
1:00:20 - A flashback reveals the motel owner’s vision of how his wife died: she was having sex with her lover in that same motel room when the lover's wife burst in and stabbed them both in succession.
1:02:13 - When Ga-in lets the motel owner sleep with her, he channels his lingering rage toward his late wife onto her. Shouting mid-act as he pumps on top of her, he demands to know why she did it and if being with her lover was good (but he could just be asking Ga-in about her incident with her ex-boyfriend at the motel earlier in the movie). He also tries to ch..e her.
