Due to an unexpected event, a man and a woman end up switching bodies. Despite coming from completely different backgrounds and environments, both try to overcome the various difficulties that arise from their body swap.

Takashi follows his wife Yukina and sees her making out with and giving his father a blowjob inside a car (10:05).
Takashi bumps into Satomi, a lesbian, and they switch bodies (11:30).
Takashi (in Satomi's body) and Satomi (in Takeshi's body) confront Yukina (28:39). First, they tell her that they switched bodies but she basically doesn't believe it. Then, Takashi confronts her about her tryst with his father and he even shows him a photo of them kissing in the car, but she just flatly denies it, saying the woman wasn't her.
Yurina hugs and kisses Takashi (with Satomi inside him) (42:21).
Yurina has sex with her father-in-law (46:29). It's a nice one. Takashi (in Satomi's body) sees them through the window. He, along with Satomi (in Takashi's body) knocks on the door to confront the two. Takashi's father admits it and says that the affair between her and Yurina has something to do with him being terminally ill and having only a few months to live. When Yurina asked him a few months ago what he wanted to do before he dies, he replied that he wanted to have sex with her, and Yurina granted his wish.
Yurina talks to Takashi (with Satomi inside him) and apologizes for her unfaithfulness. Takashi (or basically Satomi) forgives her and tells her that they should think more about their future. They make out a bit and hug (56:31).
Takashi's father dies. Yukina is consoled by Takashi (with Satomi inside him). They start having sex (1:12:39), and in the middle of it, Yukina utters Satomi's name. When Satomi asks her if she knew or believed all along that it is her in Takashi's body, Yukina says she just realized it, and they continue making love.
Takashi and Satomi, still with their bodies switched, have sex (1:20:11).
Ten years later, Takashi and Satomi are still in each other's body. Takashi (with Satomi inside her) is still with his wife Yukina, while Satomi (with Takashi inside her) now has a kid and a husband.
