In all versions, there are no sex scenes, just flirting and one scene common to all versions: the kitchen scene where one of the wives asks the neighbor to carry her to retrieve something from a cupboard. And the husband arrives in the kitchen at that exact moment and sees the neighbor's head touching his wife's butt (because he's carrying her and can't do otherwise).
Another thing in the script: towards the end of the film, the couple proposes a wife swap to the neighbors, but it doesn't happen.
I don't know if it's because Olivia Wilde is directing this movie or if it was Rogan's idea, but this scene was added. (Don't get too excited, nothing will happen.)

Rogen clumsily removes it, trips and falls and hurts his back (haha it's funny) ending the swapping, but unfortunately not the movie because it continues.
Why am I talking about this movie if I didn't like it? Because it just came out and you're going to see it everywhere, don't waste your time. Anyway, American cinema is dead. Europe and Latin countries have taken over.
If you really want to watch the movie, watch the original version. Here, the actors laugh at their own jokes, there's a lot of improvisation, and the actors struggle to keep a straight face.
In the original version, the husband reveals to their neighbors that his wife enjoys anal sex and has a bull. In the American version, it's the husband who enjoys being pegged by his wife! (I think that says it all.)
