Plot:
Albert (John Savage) is a psychopath who, after brutally murdering a woman, becomes obsessed with her 11-year-old daughter Annie. Twenty-one years after being sent to prison for his crimes, Albert is freed over the strenuous objections of Dr. Sachs (John Saxon), the psychiatrist who has been overseeing Albert’s case all these years. Sachs is convinced that Albert is still a very real threat to the community, and it turns out that he’s right; desperate to find Annie, but not knowing what surname she uses today, Albert begins contacting every Annie he can find in the phone book, leaving a bloody trail of murdered women in his path when they turn out not to be the little girl he’s looking for.
Cheating Notes:
Annie is now 32 years old and works as a photographer. She is constantly pressed by her boyfriend, a model, to marry him.
Albert gets out of prison and manages to find her number and call her from a phone booth. While Annie is doing a photo shoot, her phone rings. She picks up.
And she immediately recognizes that it’s Albert! as if she was waiting for this phone call all her life.
When her boyfriend asks her who it was, she lies to him by telling him that it’s was a wrong number!
Albert ends up locating where Annie lives. He comes home in the middle of the night, kills her boyfriend and escapes.
When she wakes up, Annie discovers her boyfriend’s death.
She calls the police and tells them everything that happened.
The police ask her to help them capture Albert , and Annie agrees to play the bait.
Yet, when the police call her to check if she has noticed someone following her, she lies!
One day, on her way home from work, Annie feels that Albert is following her. She leaves the door of her house open! and goes to her room, she began to undress in front of the window (we don’t know if she does it on purpose)
She wears sexy lingerie! She stands in front of her mirror, puts on lipstick.
Albert appears in front of her and Annie tells him that she was waiting for him!

Annie was ready to sleep with the man responsible for her boyfriend’s mu..er and lie to the police, but Albert ends up killing her by telling her that she is no longer pure! (his sick ped*phile’s brain)

There is no need to mention the p*d*phile aspect of the movie, given that it is part of the original story from the 1972 film "Poor Albert and Little Annie", of which this film is the continuation.
