Actress Phoebe Kane and her boyfriend Andy, architect Henry and his wife Julia, former director Leo, and Nathalie receive an invitation for a VIP Tour in the Ultra Studios. When they see the spooky house where the missing director Desmond Hacker filmed "Hysteria", they ask their tour guide to stop the car to visit the infamous house. In a moment, they find that they are trapped in a room with no exit and the guide asks them to tell the scariest experience of each one like in "Hysteria". Each one tells a spooky tale until they finally discover the end of their stories.

Julia
Julia relates how she cheated on her husband with a Japanese man when she joined her in a business conference in Japan. She met the Japanese while she is in an art gallery with her husband and his business associates and was instantly captivated by his mysterious charm (32:16). When she strayed away from her husband, she got to be alone with the Japanese and they shared a strange moment while looking at an equally strange painting.
The next day, while they were touring a temple and its nearby surrounding, Julia found the Japanese's lifeless body hanging in a tree in a cemetery, seemingly a case of suicide. The monk at the temple told the couple that the man who died was a fellow monk.
At night, Julia woke up and found the monk, who was supposedly dead, eating her pussy under the sheets (39:17). He then proceeded to make love to her beside her sleeping husband. The camera focused on Julia's husband sleeping by his side while she and the dead monk were having sex behind him. He woke up, turned around and found Julia sleeping by herself. Was it all just a dream?
The next night, the dead monk came back to the couple's lodging (41:30). This time, the wife was more eager to welcome him, even if he looked like a corpse! She had sex with him willingly and happily. The longer she had sex with him, the more his body decayed.
Leo
Leo relates the time he screwed the girlfriend of his best friend, Stanley. He and Stanley were both filmmakers. When he first met Nina, Stanley's new girlfriend (54:19), she was already flirty with him from the start. One time, he came to Stanley's place and found that he went on a trip and only Nina was there. Nina seduced him and they had sex (1:01:16). In his voiceover, Leo says, "I didn't care that Stanley was my best friend. I didn't care that it was his house, his bed. I just wanted to screw his girlfriend more than I'd wanted anything in my life."
Nathalie
Nathalie relates a story about her parents' past, where her dad screwed one of her mother's brother's wife in the wine cellar while the rest of the family were still having their dinner (1:15:30). We learn it was one of Nathalie's mom's brother's wife when Nathalie's mom mentioned it while having an argument with Nathalie's dad (1:19:42).
