Couples et amants (1993) - Being a fan of Catherine Breilla's films and looking for this one for years.. no luck. Unless someone in Canada or France help with it or try to contact the director/producer directly. This film was released on VHS only.  So it may be somewhere in Library or rental store somewhere I guess...

Sneaky Pete (Series 2015) -

A secondary character (fake Pete's cousin) is having an affair with a hot married woman throughout seasons 1 and 2. The cousin used to bully the husband in high school, and now he is fucking his wife. The sex scenes aren't that good, mostly in dark places (inside cars, alleys etc.).

Also (S01-E02), the protagonist (fake Pete) is a con man who gets back into the life of his former partner in crime (a hot milf now married to a hulk of a guy). Fake Pete convinces her to strip for him leaving the window open so that he could fool the guy outside stalking him. We get a small glimpse of her juicy boobs through the curtains.

Female war A nasty deal 2015: This I think perfectly resembles your description but I was never able to find its english subtitles, so if anyone gets it please share.

Then there is a series crematorio 2011 series... This has an old rich business guy but the younger one is his fiance who used to be a receptionist or sort ,there is a flash back scene... There is no cheating in this part, however, the series has a cheating wife....
