Mi-ji accompanies her fiancé Seong-min to a hospital for his checkup related to his car accident injury. There, she meets Mr. Heo who is accompanying his wife. The two don't exchange words but feel attracted to each other. They accidentally meet again at a restaurant and Mr. Heo takes this opportunity to introduce himself to her. They have a drink and go to a hotel room to start an illicit affair. Mi-ji, whose fiance has become unable to perform in bed because of his injury, starts meeting Mr. Heo now and then to make love with him. After discovering the relationship between the two, Mr. Heo's wife meets Mi-ji and demands that she breaks up with her husband. Mi-ji tells her not to worry because she doesn't love him and only meets him for sex, and that the couple's problems should be solved by the two of them alone. Not satisfied with this, Mrs. Heo tells Seong-min about his fiancee's infidelity, which leads to him confronting Mr. Heo and a physical altercation happens between them. In the end, Mi-ji realizes that she loves Seong-min but she also needs physical love and won't be able to live without it so she leaves him. She decides to come with Mr. Heo but changes her mind when his wife confronts her for the last time and gets physical with her.
