A car and lorry collide, the woman in the back seat is probably dead, the driver is severely hurt. In flashbacks we see what led to the tragedy. He is David, a writer living in France, entering his novel anonymously in a contest. She is Annabelle, his lover, a fashion model on the brink of international success. Each keeps a secret from the other. David is a pawn of jealousy. He confronts a wealthy man he thinks is her lover; an accidental tragedy ensues that spirals out of control, resulting in the car crash. While David recovers from injuries, he finds out that another wealthy friend of Annabelle's has claimed the novel as his own. It's time for a final confrontation.
Cheating Notes

15:00 - David sees his girlfriend Anabelle and her boss Mark hug in a gallery party. He suspects that she may be cheating on him.
18:29 - When David visits Max in his place, he is with a married woman. We see the woman's naked back and side boob as she tries to put her clothes back on. Max approaches her after dismissing David and resumes making love to him. We only see little of that.
22:18 - David and Anabelle have sex.
25:00 - We see Anabelle having a threesome with a white dude and a black dude. It seems real at first, but turns out to be a video shoot.
26:49 - Max, whom David tasked to follow Anabelle, takes photos of her beside Mark in the balcony of the mansion where the video shoot is happening. Her robe is open and her tits are partially out, so Max, not knowing that it's a video shoot, thinks she is having an affair with him.
29:18 - Max shows David the photographs.
1:28:40 - David sees the video of Anabelle's threesome with the two guys, with the scene extended to include the wealthy Patrick Garavan, making it a foursome. David is made to think that it is real, or maybe it is.
1:38:40 - David hears an audio recording of Anabelle and Patrick making love.
