Cheating Notes

A wife kisses Ron while he is pretending to be her husband through magic (1:01:56). He transforms to his real self in the middle of it, leaving the wife shocked when she realizes he isn't her husband. The real husband also shows up and may have seen the last part of their kiss.

While they are on the run in the wilderness, Ron overhears Harry telling Hermione (who is now Ron's girlfriend) not to wear perfume next time as the two are walking back to their tent (1:12:53), giving him a different idea what the two just did—perhaps they had made out or even had sex?—and  sparking a deep and bitter jealousy within him.

Ron leaves Harry and Hermione after a heavy argument (1:17:43). He asked Hermione to come but she didn't want to.

Left alone in the tent, Harry and Hermione share a close, intimate dance (1:20:48). They hug at the end of their dance, and then they gaze at each other's eyes, perhaps thinking if it would be proper to kiss. Harry seems eager to trade saliva with his best friend's girl friend, but she breaks the gaze and steps away. Harry looks disappointed.

As he is about to destroy a horcrux, Ron sees a vision of Hermione and Harry passionately making out and embracing while naked (1:41:04). The nudity is strategic, but perhaps you can see an ample amount of Hermione's cleavage (or more specifically, her strapless bra made to look like she isn't wearing any) and maybe the shape of her butt from the side if you amp up the brightness of your TV, get a good high-res copy of this darkly-shot film, and really observe closely.
