and can you tell me about your TV brand? and does it support 4K?..because in my tv everything seems perfectly fine.
in my monitor there was some drop in quality in dark scenes.
I dont have any old stuff, but yeah x265 is probably not good with old tvs, tablets,etc
in my full HD acer monitor, I can see drop in quality in darker scenes. but in 4k tv every thing looks super clear, I didn't notice any drop in quality. and from what I hear about sony bravia AI upscaling, it should do even better than the TV i got.
