Detailed summary
Monsieur de Garelle (Éric Arnold) has separated from his wife Mathilde (Anne Fontaine),
who has been shamelessly cheating on him with Monsieur de Chantever. While with his mistress, Mariette, he sees his ex-wife again and seems once again captivated by her charms. To get revenge, he sets out to win her back...
Cheating Notes:
Mr. de Garelle spanks his wife as punishment for cheating. However, he is unaware that a new law prohibits this. His wife tells him that this will allow her to file for divorce.
Mathilde does this and marries her lover. Mr. de Garelle will not give up and will ask his former companion to help him get revenge by becoming his mistress in turn (you follow...)
She accepts and becomes his mistress. Mr. de Garelle enlists the help of one of his mistresses and gets Mr. de Chanterer out of his house for the night, then goes to his ex-wife's house, where she is waiting for him. He knocks on the door, and she lets him in. There is then an exchange:
- Mathilde: It's curious, I had no trouble persuading him to leave me alone.
- M. de Garelle: Have you told him about your migraine?
- Mathilde: How do you know?
- M. de Garelle: Oh, nothing. (He knows because it's likely she did it to him when he was married.)
- Mathilde: Nevertheless, do you love me?
- M. de Garelle: When a man is crazy enough to propose to a woman who has already married him to become his lover, that is the greatest proof of love.
When you love a woman, you shouldn't marry her. Because if you do, you're sure she'll cheat on you. While a mistress remains faithful to her lover with the same determination she uses to cheat on her husband.

Plot:
Steve Dallas (Owen Wilson) burns through his paycheck quickly every month convincing women to have sex with him. He can afford this lifestyle as he is the weatherman for local news channel WRSC.

Among the women Steve spends time with is his coworker Victoria Riolobos (Alana de la Garza). After spending the night at his house, she tells him about a man named Paul (her fiancé, or boyfriend) who wants to show her his new house so she can move in with him.
Later, at the end of the movie, Steve's boss invites him into his office to tell him: Victoria is getting married and she's leaving him her job, he reluctantly accepts.
Victoria, now married, goes to Steve's office to say goodbye while the two cuddle. Steve places his hand on her ass and tells her he'll miss fucking her. Victoria lets him savor it for a moment, then takes his hand away. (A small detail: when she places her hand on his, we can clearly see her diamond ring now). Victoria doesn't say another word and leaves.
In the movie, there's a running gag where Steve constantly spies on his attractive neighbor (Melanie Ratcliff), who has a habit of undressing in front of her window. However, every time he does, something happens that prevents him from seeing her naked.

Plot
Defense attorney Richard Ramsay works the case of 17-year-old Mike Lassiter's alleged murder of his wealthy lawyer father Boone, Despite the lack of proper evidence of Boone's abuse, the jury acquits Mike.
As they all leave the court house, Ramsay recalls the true events. He and Loretta were having an affair. When Boone becomes suspicious about his wife's infidelity, Ramsay advises him to divorce her, but Boone implies he would kill her if she left him. Loretta and Ramsay conspire to kill him and present the case as self-defense on Loretta's part.
Unfortunately, there is no scene featuring Ramsay and Loretta.
However, by way of comfort, when a son of Loretta’s neighbor is called to the stand to testify, a flashback shows him spying on Loretta naked in her bathroom.

Detailed summary:
Piano teacher, Cat (Krista Bridges), who had her day as a solo artist. Cat is sleeping with Richard (David Cubitt). She’s doing that although she already has a long time boyfriend, food writer Freddy Fiore (Enrico Colantoni). She accompanies him to a work trip in Niagara. What she doesn’t know that his boss is coming and that his boss is Richard. The latter, hot enough to hide his sociopathy, also decides to bring along his own girlfriend Amy (Brooke Palsson).
Once there, Richard and Cat will schedule secret meetings behind the backs of their respective partners, (a single scene where they kiss behind a bush.)
At night, while Cat and Freddy are in bed, Freddy says to his girlfriend: "You’re cute when you’re jealous." He ignores that she feels jealousy, but not for him, but for her lover. (She is upset by the idea that he, Richard has sex with another person than her) Freddy will try to sleep with Cat, but they will be interrupted by Amy’s moaning in the other room. What will make Cat jealous and she will refuse to make love to her boyfriend!

A very good movie, unfortunately ruined by a questionable editing by the director who, throughout the movie, has a negative view of sex. And the movie is affected by it.
A concrete example: the scene involving the wife and her lover has for tone the noise of children playing with their father at home. (Why did he do that? What a waste) What is more, a very beautiful scene where the mother gets fucked dogystyle.
