Cheating Notes
Pia has phone sex with Francis, her seafaring husband, but they are interrupted (4:04).
Pia is visited by Xandra, a mysterious love guru, in her handicraft shop and tells her that she knows about her sexual dissatisfaction, and to come to her spa if she wants her problem solved.
After Pia has another unsatisfying phone sex with Francis (12:03), she visits Xandra's spa. When she enters her spa, she sees her having sex with a guy (16:10). He is Xandra's client. When the male client leaves, Xandra makes Pia drink a potion, after which, Xandra experiences life-like fantasy sex with her husband (20:09).
Xandra's male client visits Pia's handicraft shop but he doesn't recognize her, even if they looked at each other at Xandra's spa. Their hands touch when he tries to touch a basket product that she is already holding (26:16). They talk and she finds out that he has a fianceé.
Pia comes back to Xandra's spa several times to have fantasy sex sessions with her husband (29:53, 34:40).
When Pia initiates a video chat with her husband, a woman answers it (41:30). Could she be Francis' mistress? Distraught, she goes to Xandra's spa to avail of her session once more, but she finds the male client instead, also waiting for Xandra to return. He tells her about her current situation with his fianceé, and she tells him about hers with her husband: that he is cheating on her.
Pia starts crying on the male client's shoulder. He makes the move and kisses her (46:02). They take off their top and start a petting session, but they come back to their senses and stop.

Pia's mother-in-law dies, which prompts Francis to go home. She is shocked to find that he is now wheelchair-bound, and will find out later that the woman she saw in his phone was not his mistress, but his nurse.
With this new development regarding her husband, Pia comes back to Xandra's spa and has a fantasy sex session again (52:11). While she is in the middle of her life-like fantasy sex with her husband, she is suddenly jerked out of it and gets hit by reality: it is Xandra's male client who is having sex with her! And it was the guy's fianceé, fuming mad at catching him, who pulled him off Pia and brought her back to reality.
With this reveal, it could mean that in Pia's previous fantasy sex sessions, she was actually having sex with Xandra's male client, or even Xandra herself, since we saw that Xandra was having sex with her male client during their session.
When she comes home from the spa, Pia's husband reveals that he was also a client of Xandra before, and that he's the one who set it up for Pia and Xandra to meet. Pia gets mad at his revelation. When she asks him how he can allow another man to screw her, he seems perplexed. Apparently, he doesn't know that getting screwed by a real person is part of Xandra's fantasy sex sessions.
Pia comes back to Xandra, demanding to give her another fantasy sex session. When she refuses, Pia starts kissing her. Xandra resists initially but gives in and they have lesbian sex (59:50).
