Plot

Two college girls, Ducky and Ginger, meet their naive friend, Sarah, at a Southern California beach house. The house belongs to Sarah's uncle and to their luck has allowed them to use his house for the summer while he is gone. Soon after Ducky and Ginger arrive, the two plan the first of many wild parties, but not without some resistance from Sarah. The two continue the plans for more partying including inviting assorted misfits, delivery persons, and people just passing by. Eventually, Sarah's resistance fades and she joins in on the wild parties.

Cheating Notes:

That’s the plot for normal people—not for us perverts. What interests us is Sarah’s uncle sleeping with her two friends, Ducky and Ginger. (He should have asked Sarah, his niece, to join in on this debauchery, but this isn't a porno.)

I don't have a dirty mind, The niece is featured prominently on the movie cover.

You can see her posing in a bikini with her uncle, who is all smiles.

The niece has big breasts and briefly shows them to us towards the end of the movie (the director isn't cruel).

And there's also the uncle's wife, who cheats on her husband after finding out about his infidelity!

Julie catches her husband Carl in the hot tub with Ducky and Ginger (Sarah's two friends).

She tells him it's over between them and leaves.
The two friends ask if there is anything they can do to cheer him up; the uncle doesn't think twice and throws himself at them.

On her way out, Julie asks a young policeman who was playing pool if he has a cigarette; the policeman can't believe his eyes—and neither can we.
(Fern Fitzgerald, the actress who plays Julie, is absolutely stunning. She has a certain stern, serious quality that adds to her charm. If you want a comparison: Lois—Jane Kaczmarek—from *Malcolm in the Middle*.)

The young policeman tries his luck with her and offers her cigarettes that he rolled them himself (Marijuana)

Julie does not understand the meaning of the word (she is a bourgeois woman) and thinks that they are ordinary cigarettes.

The young policeman lights her cigarette? She tells him: “It tastes funny." 
(The young policeman knows what he is doing and wants to screw her.)
Julie then asks him if he is a real policeman!

We don't know if it's the effect of the cigarette or the desire to cheat on her husband in turn, but Julie throws herself into the arms of the policeman.

In the next scene, Julie and the policeman are naked in the hot tub having an intimate moment (Julie is completely wasted and the policeman takes advantage of it)

We have the same hot tub scene from earlier except that this time it's the husband who surprises his wife in the hot tub.

Carl opens the door. He is accompanied by Sarah's two friends, his arms around their waists.

He seems happy to see this and tells her with a mocking tone:

"Carl: What do you think your doing?

Julie: Walk along.

Carl: I surely will

Carl: Ladies!"

In the final scene, we see Uncle Carl sitting next to the pool with Sarah's two friends.
His wife is right next to him in the swimming pool, completely naked (with only the policeman's cap) her legs around the policeman's waist giving him kisses.
the couple appears to have opened up their marriage or called it off

(They're just engaged but given their age I'd be surprised if they weren't already together).
Everyone is satisfied, the uncle will continue to screw the two friends and she will do the same with her new lover (this scene is very sexy)

@gedengyougo yes Movies centered around cheating wives or girlfriends span a wide spectrum, appealing to various tastes, fantasies, thoughts, and perspectives. One significant aspect is how these themes keep changing and that's how the trends.

Yes I totally agree about older movies show much emotions about betrayal but now it's showing anything literally  like for example in normal people series which I watched recently. There the actress keep doing sex with other guys and also in the other scene she was in bed with the her lead actor, like wtf is happening, there is no emotion no feelings just keep doing sex and acting without feelings and emotions.

On the other hand, a film like 'Partir' which I watched previous to that series resonated with me for its portrayal of a woman finding true love after marriage. Her hesitation towards intimacy with her husband reflects her loyalty to her newfound love interest. That's how a cheating wife should be. 

This is the small example about how the content keeps changing.

P.S - I have so many story in my mind which is so well about cheating wives and all but no director is willing to take it lmao by not responding the mails.
