A sensual drama depicting the changing state of mind of a married woman who reunites with her former affair partner. Director Yuji Tajiri, who has produced many masterpieces, carefully depicts not only the protagonist's struggles with past love, but also the complicated relationship between her husband and his ex-wife. Chiharu (Yumeka Sasaki), who is looking for a job after her husband Ryoji (Kazuhiro Sano) was laid off, returns to her old company after reuniting with Yoshimura (Masataka Matsubara), a senior at the company she used to work for. When Chiharu learns that (Ami Sakura) and Yoshimura are dating, Chiharu, who had an affair with Yoshimura before marriage, is also disturbed.
Cheating Notes
Chiharu crosses path with Yoshimaru, her ex-lover (before she got married) and senior at the company she used to work for. She accepts his invitation to work at the company again.
In a flashack scene, we get a glimpse of what it's like when Chiharu and Yoshimaru were still together before her marriage. They were about to make love on the bed when she received a call from someone who claimed that she was Yoshimaru's wife (31:40). Chiharu was disappointed at the revelation and broke up with Yoshimaru.
Yoshimaru tries to kiss Chiharu on the rooftop of their company building but she moves her head away (42:42).
While walking together on the street after work, Chiharu and Yoshimaru discuss his plans to move to New York. When they part ways, they look back at each other, and, not able to control their feelings anymore, run back towards each other's arms. They make out on the street and have sex in a hotel room. While in the middle of their lovemaking, she tells him that it's her wedding anniversary.
