I ripped this movie personally as this was in my watch list for several months -

Plot - On the surface, Shu-yi maintains a flawless, enviable lifestyle as the matriarch of a bourgeois Taiwanese household, quietly enduring the cold, abusive, and homophobic tyranny of her careerist surgeon husband, Feng. Their domestic tension spikes as their eldest son, Han, violently rebels against his father’s relentless pressure to study medicine. Seeking an escape, Han moves into an apartment block where he falls under the spell of Xue-jin, an enigmatic, divorced eye doctor and amateur nude photographer who introduces the impressionable young student to physical intimacy and artistic freedom. However, Han's awakening triggers a devastating domestic implosion when Shu-yi crosses paths with the doctor, revealing a shattering hidden reality: Xue-jin was Shu-yi’s passionate, long-lost first love from her university days. As a latent seed of obsession is planted, both mother and son drift into independent, secretive affairs with the exact same woman, initiating a volatile, slow-burning clash of repressed desires that threatens to completely dismantle the family’s carefully manufactured illusion.
