At 1:00:00, the wife's first kiss and implied sex with the Frenchman happen.
At 1:14:00, the Frenchman tries to kiss the husband because maybe he's already sensed that he's gay/bi. The husband, who is still in denial, rejects him.
The husband starts to accept what he is. He tries to be intimate with the Frenchman in his cafe, but his wife arrives so he panics and hides. While in hiding, he hears his wife say words to the Frenchman which reveals her infidelity. He comes out of hiding, confronts the two of them, and leaves. He fights more with his wife in their house later. He leaves her for good and the Frenchman and the wife become a couple and live together.
Three years later, the wife already has a kid. I'm not sure who the father is, maybe her husband. The husband returns and reconciles with the two, but there's no threesome action. Boo.
