To save her brother who is suffering from chronic malignant leukemia, Yukiko owes a big debt she can hardly afford. Her only hope is her lover Goro. Unfortunately, he is put into jail after he kills a triad member to protect Yukiko.
Yukiko's nightmare begins when she determines to marry Masashi, a rich old man, to save her brother's life. She's kept in his big house, day and night, being tortured and insulted, forced to play SM games and sexually abused. She tolerates all these until one day she meets Koro again after his release from jail. They see each other and make love secretly. Masashi discovers their secret affair.

The movie description above is inaccurate. Although Yukiko does meet her ex-boyfriend Goro a few times when she's already married to Masashi, they weren't really her initiative and she actually doesn't want to get back with him, at least not until at the end where big things have happened already, and she doesn't fuck or even kiss him at all.
Masashi does punish Yukiko for meeting her ex-boyfriend. One of the punishments is forcing her to have a threesome with their maid who is his mistress at the same time.
I'm including this movie on the list because there's jealousy, suspicion of cheating, and there's wife sharing. Also, the sex scenes between the wife and her ex (before she was married), her husband, and her threesome with him and the maid are quite good, mainly because the wife has a nice body.
