The brutal Yoshio and his quiet young wife Saeko are on a road trip. Their drive will take a wrong turn when Yoshio decides to pick up a hitch hiker along the way. When the man reveals himself as a deranged bank robber and serial killer, the couple will be forced to cooperate in his getaway. Now it's Saeko's turn to take revenge on the man who drove her through hell!
Cheating Notes
At 35:48, the hitchhiker tries to rape the wife in front of the husband for the first time, but another guy interrupts them.
At 50:29, the hitchhiker successfully rapes the wife in front of her husband. It doesn't turn consensual, but there's just that little bit of complaisance from the wife so that the movie can cater to a certain audience.
(Spoiler) In the end, the rape doesn't seem to matter much to the wife after she takes the hitchhiker's stolen money from her dying husband.
Summary
If you want a much hotter version, try the original Hitch Hike (1977) which this movie seems to be a remake of. There, the wife did start having consensual sex with the hitchhiker in front of her husband and enjoy it, or at least that's how it looked.
