A taxi driver with money problems kidnaps his former boss' niece but changes his mind in the process. Her nefarious friends take over and kidnap her themselves, with the intent of raping her. The taxi driver ends up shooting her friends dead and saving her. In the succeeding court trials, the niece is conflicted about whether to testify against the taxi driver or for him.
