Here, the woman is cheating, not the man.  The woman is a film director and her husband is a famous actor. Here, the woman is the director of the film in which her husband has sex with a young girl, and she is watching them have sex. The film director is cheating on her husband with the young girl's lover. It's an impressive scene, even though there's no sexual intercourse between them.
