Cheating Notes
We see Margot step out of the shower naked (01:39). This is the only time we see her tit. She doesn't get naked in any of her sex scenes.
Adrien is essentially a "kept man" supported by Martha, a has-been actress who was previously married to—and later divorced—a deceased film director.
Adrien meets Margot at Martha's party. She is there with Mr. Bardin, basically as his mistress (paid or not). She kisses Adrien when they get to be alone (19:25), then she makes him drive Mr. Bardin's car while she gives him a handjob. They crash.

Adrien and Margot meet in the following days. They have sex in a public bathroom (30:16, 30:51, 35:22).
Adrien and Margot creates a plan to scam Simon, a married rich man. Part of the plan is for Margot to seduce him and becomes his mistress.
At the same time, Adrien also seduces Carole, Simon's wife. He kisses her in her car (59:26).
Carole meets Adrien to end their affair but ends up having sex with him (1:01:26). Only the initial kissing on the bed is shown.
Margot and Simon have their first kiss (1:13:32).
Simon and Margot watch a stage play starring Martha in a theatre. Adrien comes up behind Margot and whispers to her ear that he loves her (1:17:32). She holds his hand while Simon, oblivious to what's happening beside her, puts his hand on her thigh.
In the gathering at Martha's mansion after her stage play, Margot sneaks into Adrien's bedroom and has sex with him while Martha entertains her guests, which include Simon (1:19:50).
Simon leaves Carole for Margot.
Margot rides Simon on the bed (1:24:18).
Margot rides Simon in the car (1:51:18).
