Washed-up revolutionary Bob exists in a state of stoned paranoia, surviving off-grid with his spirited, self-reliant daughter, Willa. When his evil nemesis resurfaces after 16 years and she goes missing, the former radical scrambles to find her, father and daughter both battling the consequences of his past.

When Perfidia (a black chick) and her revolutionary group, the French 75, attack an immigration detention center, she has sort of a sexual encounter with Col. Steven J. Lockjaw, the officer in charge of the facility (5:17). When he calls her 'sweet thing' while she's pointing a gun at him, she tells him to get his dick up. After he does, she kind of licks her mouth while looking at his bulge (he still has his pants on).
After their succesful attack, Perfidia kisses Bob, her white comrade, in their getaway car (08:34). This starts a relationship between them.
Back at their safehouse, Perfidia mounts Bob to have sex with him, but we only see the initial part (09:48).
While the French 75 is making another attack on a facility, Col. Lockjaw observes from a distance with his telescope. Specifically, he is observing Perfidia's curvy body and masturbates while doing so (11:40). He also sees Bob groping Perfidia's butt and gives a reaction. The fact that Col. Lockjaw knows about the attack means Perfidia somehow informed him and as with Bob, she also started a relationship—albeit a kinky, sexual one—with him on the night they first met.
While planting a bomb inside the restroom of a target building, Perfidia gets surprised by Col. Lockjaw when he comes up behind her (14:06). This leads to a sexual situation between them, which confirms that a sexual affair did start between them. She agrees to meet him at a hotel later.
Perfidia meets Col. Lockjaw at the hotel and has kinky sex with him involving a gun, with the latter on the receiving end (15:37). The scene is non-nude and we only see the initial part.
