A woman's life is thrown into chaos after a freak car accident sends her husband and brother-in-law into comas. Thrills arrive after the brother-in-law wakes up, thinking he's his brother.
Cheating Notes
The brothers Ryan (the nice guy, whose wife is Jess) and Roman (the bad boy, just got out of prison and in love with Jess, but she only had eyes for Ryan) become comatose after a freak car accident. Roman wakes up first and tells Jess that she is Ryan, in Roman's body.
When Jess asks Roman something only Ryan would know, and Roman answers correctly, she has sex with him (46:49). Her husband is still in a coma at the hospital.
When Jess tells Roman that she's pregnant, he lifts her up and kisses her (52:15).

Jess finds out that Roman is just pretending to be Ryan; that everything he knows—things only Ryan could have known—is based on Ryan's old letters and pictures.
