The wealthy couple, Alona and Kristof, hire Nancy to be the caretaker for Kristof's disabled cousin, Jasper. By 'caretaker,' they specifically mean tending to his sexual needs. Nancy initially rejects the offer; however, after a run-in with Jasper, he manages to convince her to accept the position by promising that he will not require her to have sex with him.
Nancy leaves her boyfriend and starts working as Jasper's caretaker. They develop feelings for each other and have sex. Alona and Kristof notice that they are falling in love and they don't want that, because they have other sinister plan for Jasper. So they seduce Nancy in order to get her to their side. First, Alona seduces Nancy by herself (56:18). When they are in the middle of having lesbian sex, Kristof enters the room, but when he joins them, Nancy starts screaming rail and runs out of the room.
