Since everyone seems to be asking about hard to find films, aside from Zasto (2021), I have been unable to find two that may be of some interest for the last several years.

Both films should have strong sex scenes and nudity, and cheating is a possibility. Can not tell for sure because I have been unable to find either movie for 9 years.

Wow those are some really rare films . Among these movies, Per un Figlio has been on my watchlist . Will look into them

Rented Zastoj and watched a bit of the movie. It doesn't contain any cheating nor the movie has any scenes. It's kind of very emotional film.
I've uploaded the movie on mega though and dm'ed you the link.

Edit- Actually there's a short scene where the husband tries to get other guy's son's heart ( he's in coma ) by bribing him with money and then later tries to give him his wife, Wife appears and moves his hand over her bra and kisses him a bit.
