Poised to attend Oxford University, 19-year-old Charles Highway decides it's high time to have a romantic encounter with an older woman. With the help of a computer program and several eccentric relatives, Highway sets his sights on seducing Rachel Noyce, a stunning American in her 20s. However, Highway has his work cut out for him. Noyce has a boyfriend, DeForest, and is not exactly receptive to Highway's advances — at first, anyway.

Charles approaches Rachel in a bar. She's not too receptive, probably because she has a boyfriend. But after their next few meetings, she warms up to him, enough to go out on dates with him despite the boyfriend. He tries to kiss her after they watch a movie together, but the car she's in starts moving before their lips touch (35:15). She smiles as she speeds away, though.
Charles pulls Rachel inside a closet during a party at her house. She kisses him on the lips after ignoring her boyfriend's calls (38:51). It's brief but that means he's in romantically.
Rachel makes out with Charles in the woods beside his parents' house in the countryside (46:41).
Rachel and Charles are about to make out on the living room floor at his parents' house when her boyfriend comes in (47:33). Rachel returns to London with her boyfriend.
Rachel comes to where Charles is staying in London and has sex with him (57:47).
Rachel starts living with Charles and they have sex several times, sometimes on the bathtub and sometimes on the bed (1:04:24). It's not said but it's safe to say that she has broken up with her boyfriend at this point.
Summary
Hot, particularly because you're expecting a traditional rom-com, and then you're hit with a nude lovemaking scene between Rachel and Charles more than halfway through the film.
