The sexually-deprived wife of a wheelchair-bound man is having an affair with his doctor. When the doctor gets murdered, she finds a replacement in her husband's new caretaker, who originally was a hiker just passing by their vacation house but he proved himself therapeutically useful so her husband employed him.
