Episode 1
The past, 1939. National troops enter Barcelona. When the couple formed by Felip and Lola tries to run away with their daughter, Maria, they are arrested by a Francoist column that kidnaps the girl. Despite their desperation, the couple has no choice but to continue their escape, with the help of Lieutenant Granados and a young man, Garcia. In France, they are interned in the Algerlers prison camp, where they will live in subhuman conditions, and where they will meet Anna, who has just lost her brother. Anna and Lola are claimed by Madame Ullman, a French woman who works for the Resistance and helps dissidents cross the border.
Meanwhile, Felipe, Lieutenant Granados and Garcia manage to escape from Argelers and hide at Madame Ullman's house, where Lola and Anna live. Days later, Manel, a young anarchist who acts as a pin, also arrives. Felip decides to return to Barcelona to look for Maria, although he fails to find her. Without realizing it, an unexpected passion will be born between Manel and Lola. As World War II begins, Lieutenant Granados, Garcia and Philip are fo...d to enlist in the French Legion and embark for the African desert. When they realize, however, that General Pétain has allied himself with the Nazis, they decide to side with General Leclerc. During the desertion, Garcia disappears. In Tripoli, after spending some time lost in the desert, Garcia manages to reach the camp of a detachment of General Leclerc's column without strength. There he is reunited with Felip and Lieutenant Granados. Without thinking twice, it isit unites them and the Ninth Company in their new mission: the liberation of Europe. Manel and Lola locate Maria in Barcelona, and travel there to free her. During the rescue, they seriously injure Manel...
Episode 2
In France, after Madame Ullman is killed by the Nazis, Lola, Manel, and Maria must flee to Paris, where they immediately contact Anna, who is now collaborating with the Resistance. In Dominique's cabaret, Lola and Anna work as waitresses, although their main job is to forge documents for refugees. One night, a Nazi officer who suspects her, follows Lola to the basements of the place. When she is cornered, Lola has no choice but to k..l him. Manel takes care of the situation and helps him get rid of the body. On the other hand, Anna is attracted to Kahar, a German lieutenant who is investigating the disappearance of the officer killed by Lola. When Kahar discovers that Anna is also part of the Resistance, he does not hesitate for a moment to arrest her. Learning of the imminent liberation of Paris, the Resistance mobilizes, and erects barricades in all the streets of the city. Lola and Manel take their rifles and head towards the barracks where Anna is being held. Meanwhile, the Nueve enters Paris with combat tanks named after the most significant battles of the Spanish Civil War: Teruel, Belchite, Brunete, Madrid, Gernika, Ebro or Guadalajara. Climbed in one of these, Felip and Garcia glimpse the horizon. For Garcia, it means the beginning of victory. For Felip, the hope of reuniting with Lola. Alien to what is happening, Anna and some prisoners are about to be shot by Lieutenant Kahar, but the immediate irruption of Felipe and other Spanish fighters, who coincide with Lola and Manel in the courtyard of the barracks, prevents the execution in extremis. Amid the confusion, Lola and Felip reunite after five years...
Cheating Notes
Episode 1
Married couple Lola and Felip get separated in the Algerlers prison camp. Lola, along with another woman named Anna, is taken from the camp by Madame Ullman, a French woman who works for the Resistance, and is brought in a Resistance safe house in the countryside, where they take care of Resistance members who need shelter and medical help. Here, Lola meets Manel, a Resistance fighter, and things develop between them as the show progresses.
25:03 - Lola kisses her husband on the bed and has implied sex with him when he comes to the safe house wounded after escaping the camp. After that, he leaves again to find their daughter.
33:42 - Anna has sex with Garcia, one of the Resistance members.
41;59 - After Manel fixes a car, he dances joyfully with Lola, their bodies pressed close together and their foreheads touching at one point, before Anna interrupts them.
53:21- Manel teaches Lola how to drive and shoot a gun, bringing them into close, frequent physical contact.
59:59 - Manel and Lola gaze at each other's eyes and almost kiss.
1:05:53 - Manel and Lola travel to Barcelona to search for her daughter. While staying at a safe house, they have sex in a storage room on top of stacked sacks of flour.
Episode 2
8:19 - While Manel is recupurating from his gunshot wound, Lola tells him that there is no "us." But she can't resist when he leans in to kiss her so she kisses back and they go down on the bed kissing and have implied sex.
10:44 - Manel, now able to walk, kisses Lola while she works at the dining table. They pull apart just before her daughter enters the room.
20:18 - Lola and Manel pretend to kiss while planting a bomb in a garbage bin when two German soldiers pass by. After their mission succeeds, they make love in the safe house right next to the bed where her daughter lies sleeping. Afterward, she quietly slips out of Manel's bed and crawls under the covers beside her daughter.
36:15 - Lola and Manel kiss after disposing a body in a river.
47:37 - Lola and Manel kiss while in the middle of a gunfight with German forces, trying to rescue their ally.
50:26 - After the gunfight, Lola is reunited with her husband, Felip, as he is among the soldiers who first came to the city. They hug in front of Manel.
58:34 - While they celebrate their victory, Felip kisses Lola in front of the bonfire. She looks at Manel for his reaction, and the latter excuses himself early. Lola goes after him and tells him that they know the outcome would be like this.
59:55 - Lola has sex with her husband.
1:07:46 - Lola asks Manel to stay until after the parade, but he still continues to leave. She cries, indicating she has fallen in love with another man besides her husband.
1:21:23 - Felip leaves once more to fight in the war's final stretch. Manel and Lola reunite in the safe house where they first met. They have sex, and this time, Lola tells Manel that there has always been an "us."
