A paparazzi reporter and a female doctor with exhibitionism can't help their instincts. Jae-hoon was a cameraman but he was fired for something and is now a paparazzi. He is known for his neat work but his usual task is catching people in affairs. One day he gets a call from a woman asking him to keep watch on her twin sister. The sister owns a sexual consulting clinic so he goes as a patient. Then he starts to watch her in secret. As time goes, he shows signs of voyeurism and obsesses with her. The doctor's sister cancels her request but it's too late. Then he finds out that the doctor wasn't a twin sister but in fact the client herself and he blinds himself. Did Jae-hoon's voyeurism go away or was he a sexual pervert? Or did he really love the doctor?
Cheating Notes
I definitely needed subtitles to understand this film completely, but nevertheless, I'm quite certain that there's at least one cheating wife here: the paparazzi's rich female client. She hires the paparazzi to find out if her old, rich husband is cheating on her. When the paparazzi confirms that her husband is indeed cheating, she orders her bodyguard to kidnap her husband's mistress and light her on fire. After that, she has a sexual tryst with the paparazzi in her car (33:14). They make out and she makes him finger her pussy. However, he isn't so enthusiastic while they're doing it because aside from the fact that he's the weird, silent type, he also has already fallen for his other female client, who is part of the main storyline.
This other female client hires the paparazzi to keep watch on her twin sister, a doctor who owns a sexual consulting clinic. It turns out later that there are no twin sisters, that the female client who hired him and the doctor are one and the same. I'm not spoiling this for you as this part is mentioned in the movie's official synopsis above.
So either the doctor has a split personality or it is really her kink to be watched by somebody. And it seems that she only really wants to be watched by the paparazzi and not be fucked by him. Because after monitoring her several times through the cameras, the paparazzi observes that she looks at the cameras a few times while masturbating or having sex with her boyfriend (or husband?), like she knows that the cameras are there, that he's watching and she's seducing him. This encourages him to rush to her clinic and try to fuck her, but she rejects him (58:29).
One interesting scene is when the doctor's boyfriend/husband eats her pussy on the kitchen top in front of the paparazzi, who is inside their house at that moment pretending to be a repairman and fixing the aircon (1:07:16). I'm not sure if this scene is real or just an imagination of one of the characters.
