Mai Ling, whose old husband is the leader of one of the Chinese gangs (and she takes over later I think), fucks one of the gang's men, Li Yong. This is after the opening credits.
Season 1 Episode 4
The mayor's wife fucks the hatchet man (main character of the series). She asks him to come to her place to apologize to him for the way their last meeting went. She makes the first move and kisses him. They have clothed sex on a lounge chair, with her riding him (29:50).

The mayor's wife and the hatchet man have naked sex at the start of the episode.
