She hugs him and gives him a kiss on the neck in front of her boyfriend, who literally has to drag her away because she is a bit mesmerized by her ex-husband's current look.

18:38 - A girl at the bar flirts with Earnest while he's bartending. She has been coming on to him for weeks.
25:52 - Earnest screws the girl from the bar. She doesn't tell him that she has a husband. But then, she will say later that he never asked.

1:00 - Continuation of the sex between Earnest and the girl from the bar.
26:51 - The girl's husband comes to the bar and punches Earnest.

15:19, 17:24 - Portia meets Earnest to tell him that he should move on because, aside from the fact that they are already divorced, she already has a boyfriend. Despite this, she ends up petting with him on the couch. He goes as far as sucking her tits but she returns to her senses so they don't go all the way.
23:58 - Earnest has lunch with Sabrina, his brother Chandler's wife. Nothing is brewing between them at this point so it's just basically a friendly lunch, but Chandler bursts into the restaurant, breaks their lunch, and tells Earnest to stay away from his wife.

11:05 - While riding her boyfriend's dick on the couch, Portia receives a call from Earnest's friend, telling her that he's nowhere to be found and has left a note which implied that he might kill himself.
22:58, 28:11 - Portia searches for Earnest and finds him in one of their old favorite spots. She consoles him and has sex with him beside a pool.
S01E09
00:50 - Continuation of Earnest and Portia having sex beside the pool.
21:35 - Earnest confides to Sabrina about Portia, that he thought they are going to be back together but now it seems to him that Portia just gave her a pity fuck. Sabrina makes her move on Earnest. She starts massaging his shoulders while he talks, then tells him her feelings, that it was hard on her when he went to jail for five years. They kiss on the couch, but according to later dialogs, it seems that they didn't have sex this time.
S01E11
16:35 - Chandler treats Sabrina well on their wedding anniversary and they have sex. This is the first time we see Sabrina in a sex scene. This possible rekindling of their marriage is thwarted later when Sabrina discovers Chandler's mistress.
S01E13
16:25 - Earnest hits Sabrina with some pickup lines during Dmitri's wedding, jokingly perhaps. They decide to go to a more private place to talk about Chandler's mistress and the crimes he's currently involved in as a politician.
19:27, 21:27, 26:09 - Earnest and Sabrina talk in one of the bedrooms in Dmitri's house, and then they have sex.
